After an accident where botched Super Material Eggs electrocuted scientists, people discovered that these erroneous eggs could create energy. Soon, "Fusion Chickens" entered the scene, capable of creating Fusion Eggs, available for experienced farmers to purchase by the National Chicken Institute. The first power plant that used these eggs became efficient enough to supply half of the USA's energy demand. Elom Nusk founded Teslegg and created the E90GG Sedan, a new fusion-egg-powered supercar that could go from 0-60 in 2 seconds with a 10,000 mile range. In time, the world achieved zero emissions and all energy was coming from either solar or Fusion Eggs.

Fusion Eggs are eggs with glowing cyan cracks that look similar to lightning. They resemble an electrified Edible Egg.
